Packaging
PT. GOLGON reserves the right to change the quantities in its standard carton with current packaging and/or shipping practices.
Contract
All contracts are subject to approval by an officer of PT. GOLGON. All contracts are made contingent upon strikes, fires, accidents, clerical errors or other causes beyond our control. Any sale and purchase shall be subject to all rights and duties of seller and buyer under the provisions of the Uniform Commercial Code - Sale of the Commercial Dept. of Indonesia.
Specifications
Standard catalog items are quoted in accordance with PT. GOLGON print. If customer's print deviates from PT GOLGONs in any form, customer's print will be considered null and void.
